Staying in Gilroy, Motel 6 is jam packed with CrossFitters. In the hallways, all doors are open, great stuff. Met Freddy in Chili's and there were a bunch others as well. CrossFit Heaven????

Hey Ron, I e-mailed you, but thought I'd leave a note here. It was great finally meeting you and your lovely wife. We sure hope we can get together with you and some of your 'firebreathers' this summer! We thought the Games were incredible. The athletes were phenomenal and what I was so impressed with was the many displays of sportsmanship and genuine concern of the competitors for one another. The contestants exemplified the best of what CrossFit is all about. Community and comradeship.
